When will DWAPA launch?
We're rolling out in Ghana in phases starting this year. Waitlist members get priority access — the earlier you sign up, the sooner you're in.
What does it cost?
DWAPA will have a free tier for small shops and affordable paid plans as you grow. Early waitlist members will lock in discounted launch pricing.
Can I move my existing inventory into DWAPA?
Yes. We'll help you import your product list from a spreadsheet — or work with our concierge onboarding team to handle the migration for you.
Does it work with mobile money?
DWAPA is built for MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. Every mobile money transaction is tracked and reconciled alongside your cash and card sales.
Do I need special hardware or a specific phone?
No. DWAPA runs in any browser on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. If your device can browse the web, it can run DWAPA.
What if my staff can't use it?
If you can use WhatsApp, you can use DWAPA. Most shop owners and their staff learn it in one afternoon. We also provide a simple guide for every new team member.
Is my business data safe?
We take data security seriously. Your sales and inventory data is encrypted and stored securely. Only you and the staff you authorize can access your account.
