Getting Started
- Set up your shop profile and add your first products from the dashboard.
- Open the POS to process sales — cash and Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo).
- POS shortcuts: Use the search bar in POS to find products quickly; complete sales from the payment screen.
- Your 30-day free trial starts when you sign up — no credit card required.
Billing & Subscriptions
- View your plan, usage, and invoices under Settings → Subscription & Billing.
- Upgrade or change plans anytime from the Plans page.
- Cancel from Subscription settings — trial cancels immediately; paid plans cancel at period end.
Hardware & Cloud Sync
- Connect receipt printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers from Hardware Settings.
- A stable connection is required to process sales and sync to the cloud.
Roles & permissions
DWAPA uses role-based access. Owners have full control; managers run day-to-day operations; cashiers process sales only.
- Owner — billing, settings, staff, all data
- Manager — products, sales, reports, staff (no billing)
- Cashier — POS and sales only
- Accountant — sales, purchases, reports
- Stock controller — inventory and stock
- Viewer — read-only access
