Encryption
All data in transit is protected with TLS. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard methods.
Backups & recovery
We perform automated daily backups. Disaster recovery procedures are in place to restore service after major incidents.
Data residency
DWAPA is built for Ghanaian and African merchants. Production data is hosted in secure cloud infrastructure with regional availability appropriate for our customers.
Access controls
Role-based access (owner, manager, cashier, etc.) limits what each staff member can see and do. Audit logs track sensitive actions where enabled.
