No. DWAPA runs on any modern browser. You can access the full dashboard from any web browser on a laptop or desktop. No dongles, no card readers, no extra hardware.
Yes. You can upload a CSV file from Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app. DWAPA will automatically create all your products with names, prices, and stock levels. You can also add products one by one using the quick-add form.
DWAPA's Business plan supports multiple branches with a single dashboard. During setup, you'll create your first branch. You can add more branches at any time from Settings. Each branch has its own inventory, staff, and registers — but you see everything in one place.
Currently, DWAPA requires a stable internet connection to process sales securely. An offline counter mode is coming soon to help you keep selling even when the network goes down.
Absolutely. During setup, you can create staff accounts with restricted permissions. Cashiers can process sales but can't see revenue reports or analytics. You control exactly what each team member can access.
